Prices

At GTM we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. 

Payment

All amounts are in EURO and excludes shipment/VAT, Reservations are made for price errors and sold out items.

 

Note: For "EU business to business" sales w/o added VAT.

The company's EU VAT Number has to checked before payment without added VAT can be presented.

Please send an Email with invoice address and EU VAT number to info@gtm-support.dk, Include also your preferred payment  method (Bank wire or Paypal).

Shipment

We ship to the whole world.

Items will be delivered at the delivery address stated at the time of order, for logistik reasons also a valid telephone number is required.

Warranty 

90-days of warranty following the day of shipment is given on Edius software and on all Refurbisched or Used/B-Stock classified products .

15 months of warranty following the day of shipment is given on all the new classified products.

Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or discounted depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must advertise in "reasonable time" after discovering the defect / error.
